Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Collections Manager in the United States to guide collection requirements and design strategies supporting the defense mission. You will integrate GEOINT, SIGINT, MASINT, CI/HUMINT, and OSINT to enable intelligence production for operations.

You will validate information, tradecraft collect analysis, and coordinate with IC and DoD partners to meet evolving problem sets for warfighters and policymakers. TS/SCI is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with TCPED lifecycle and tasking tools.
• Experience with all-source collection management systems and databases.
• Experience validating, coordinating, drafting, submitting, and maintaining IC requirements.
• Experience using intelligence collection tools and databases (Coliseum, CHROME, NHRTC, OSCAR-MS).
• Knowledge of the intelligence cycle or joint targeting.
• Ability to crosswalk tactical requirements to strategic objectives.
• Ability to collaborate with intelligence analysts to develop collection approaches.
• Ability to liaise with IC and DoD to enable intelligence integration.
• TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years, Master's 4+ years, or 10+ years in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Guide in determining and addressing questions efficiently and effectively.
• Identify relevant collection requirements and design strategies.
• Develop collection strategies integrating GEOINT, SIGINT, MASINT, CI/HUMINT, and OSINT.
• Validate collected information and apply tradecraft to refine strategies.
• Support warfighters, policymakers, and stakeholders across the U.S. Intelligence Community.
