Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks a Collection Requirements Manager to draft, validate, prioritize, and submit SIGINT collection requirements, while managing NIPF and Western Hemisphere AOR priorities. You will coordinate with the IC, tactical units, and the USSID enterprise to integrate SIGINT with HUMINT, GEOINT, and OSINT for multi-source fusion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Intelligence Collection Management.
• 3+ years of experience with SIGINT operations, cryptologic support, or SIGINT requirements management.
• Experience with IC and DoD SIGINT databases and tools such as NCI, RIGHTMS, GIMS.
• Knowledge of the Western Hemisphere AOR and USSID policies.

Responsibilities

• Draft, validate, prioritize, and submit SIGINT collection requirements.
• Monitor and optimize SIGINT collection postures and architectures.
• Advise leadership on capabilities and limitations of SIGINT assets.
