Job summary

Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania and North Central West Virginia is seeking a Human Services Training Coordinator to design, conduct, and oversee the division's training framework across all levels. You will collaborate with People Services and Marketing to update curriculum, assess impact, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in social/human service required.
• Experience in curriculum development and diverse instructional methods for in-person and virtual delivery.
• Experience training others or leading projects.
• Associate degree with 5+ years or Bachelor's with 3+ years required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with departments and use data to identify training opportunities.
• Create new training materials and curriculum to support division needs.
• Present information using role playing, simulations, team exercises, discussions, videos or lectures.
• Act as primary contact for Human Services for regional schools seeking internships.
• Follow regulations and agency policies related to training and safety.
