• Perform administrative functions to advance department objectives and implement the department's vision.
• Manage agency programs, develop program rules and budgets.
• Monitor and analyze office effectiveness and provide quality control data.
• Facilitate communication between staff, partners, and offices.
• Model Equity North Star goals and ODHS values in daily actions.
