Qualifications

• Three years of direct care experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees in Human Services Worker I, II and III positions.
• Communicate the direction of Florida State Hospital, Service Area, and Unit to subordinates.
• Explain performance expectations and review procedures with staff; provide feedback on performance.
• Ensure subordinate education on changes in procedures; monitor documentation for accuracy.
• Oversee safety and professional conduct to protect people served and maintain dignity.
• Schedule work assignments and coordinate continuity of care across units.
