Responsibilities

• Ensure residents are treated with dignity and boundaries maintained.
• Communicate direction, set performance expectations, and review procedures.
• Observe and improve safety; intervene in potential crises.
• Prepare daily work schedules and assign duties to staff.
• Coordinate continuity of care with other supervisors.
