Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and four years of professional experience preferred.
• Master's degree can substitute for one year of experience.
• Experience can substitute on a year-for-year basis for educational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plans and conducts hospital wide activities and meetings, reports issues, and addresses complaints.
• Conducts peer support activities and group sessions.
• Develops education materials to support wellness planning and recovery skills.
• Builds rapport and provides tools for dealing with situations post-discharge.
• Provides guidance to integrating initiatives with service delivery.
