Qualifications

• Experience in managing residents in a forensic facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements behavioral programs for each resident in an appropriate, fair, and impartial manner.
• Ensures activities are documented and filed in the residence chart per Agency policy.
• Notify supervisor of issues and coordinate with unit supervisors on behavioral plans.
• Maintain safety, custody, and well‑being of residents as ordered by the Court.
