Job summary

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to provide strategic HR guidance to the executive team at a facility within the HCA network. You will shape the workplace culture and engage a large workforce through HR policies, programs, and practices.

You will lead a facility HR team, partner with executives to address business challenges, implement HR interventions with Centers of Excellence, and collaborate across regions to enhance enterprise programs and services while driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required
• Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of relevant work experience in a facility size > 1400 is required
• PHR or SPHR preferred

• Deploy appropriate HR interventions in collaboration with appropriate Centers of Excellence

• Deploy talent and development programs
• Drive local Employee & Community engagement efforts
• Partner to support business performance, quality and patient care initiatives
