We’re hiring a highly organized and people-oriented human resources manager to ensure our business runs smoothly. You will be consulted by top management on strategic planning and business administration, oversee employee relations, and maximize our sustainability and profitability. Job seekers should be flexible, detail-oriented, and exhibit a high level of professionalism. This is a part-time position with flexible hours that may expand to full-time as needed. Responsibilities: • Find qualified candidates, interview top talent, and onboard and train new employees • Oversee human resources programs including employee training, benefits, compensation, and company evaluation • Conduct exit interviews to obtain honest feedback from employees to make improvements to our organizational policies • Process and maintain internal documents, paperwork, records, and reports • Act as the bridge between employees and managers and offer advice on key issues such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment Qualifications: • Must possess a bachelor’s degree in business management, HR management or similar major • Demonstrate strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills • 3-5 years of experience as an HR manager, upper-level HR generalist or in a senior position in HR management • Certified with the SHRM or a similar certification institute Compensation: $30 - $35 hourly
