Summary

The Accident Billing Supervisor is responsible for managing Accident Billing, Asset Fleet Reduction (AFR) billing, invoice accuracy, financial controls, and financial/operational reporting for both internal and external customers. This position requires managing work analysis and staffing, customer interactions, financial forecasting, quality assurance, and continuous improvement/performance. This role focuses on maintaining steady workflow and productivity, meeting service/productivity standards, resolving operational problems, and identifying business process opportunities.

Experience

Experience with RPA is a benefit.

Essential Functions
  1. Manage Accident Billing team, including setting developmental goals, training, and supporting talent development.
  2. Ensure billing process accuracy and timeliness, including accidents, ACS closures, unbillable exceptions, AFRs, 3rd Party Billing, Miami Credits validation, revenue validation, and GL monitoring.
  3. Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement related to cost, productivity, and performance.
  4. Lead or participate in projects at department, SSC, division, and corporate levels.
  5. Monitor operational and performance metrics, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions.
  6. Contribute to hiring, performance management, rewards, coaching, and training. Manage work coverage, scheduling, attendance, and payroll.

Additional Information

Salary range: $59,600 - $89,450. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and 401(k). Ryder is an Equal Opportunity Employer and a Drug-Free workplace.
