An established industry player is seeking a Factory Human Resources Supervisor who is bilingual in English and Vietnamese. This role involves executing HR strategies, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Main Purpose of Job:
The Factory Human Resources Supervisor is bi-lingual (English/Vietnamese) and provides a broad range of expert services: recruitment and succession planning; employee development and training; labor-management relations; employment law and policy interpretation, compensation, and classification management; benefits administration and employee rewards/recognition; and regulatory compliance guidance and HR reporting. They provide primary HR guidance for a site in which an HR Manager is not present. This is a factory Human Resources position working onsite 5 days a week and predominantly first shift hours (7am-3pm).
