Job summary

CFS, a dynamic and growing company in Wasco, California, is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to support the HR department and help maintain a healthy, compliant workplace.

You will assist with recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, records management, benefits, payroll coordination, and training; help develop HR policies and generate HR reports while supporting employee relations. Bilingual Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an HR role preferred.
• Bilingual – Spanish.

• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes
