Insight Global is seeking an HR Specialist (Talent Management) to support a client. This role partners with leaders and employees to drive talent development, engagement, succession planning, training initiatives, and retention efforts across the organization.

The position emphasizes coordinating and delivering training, managing talent metrics, and supporting career development programs with a focus on confidentiality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Labor Relations, or related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Knowledge of federal and state labor/employment laws.
• Experience coordinating and delivering training programs and workshops.
• Experience analyzing talent metrics and supporting workforce planning.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidential HR information.

Responsibilities

• Support performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and career development programs.
• Coordinate and facilitate employee training, leadership development, and learning initiatives.
• Track talent metrics and analyze workforce data to drive business decisions.
• Conduct stay interviews, exit interviews, and employee feedback analysis.
• Support employee engagement, recognition, retention, and culture-building programs.
• Manage LMS records, compliance training, and talent management documentation.
• Own and support internship, mentoring, and career pathway initiatives.
• Partner with HR and leadership on employer branding and recruiting efforts.
