Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an HR Specialist (Talent Management) to support a client of Insight Global. This role partners with leaders and employees to drive talent development, engagement, succession planning, training initiatives, and retention across the organization.

Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting performance management, coordinating training, tracking talent metrics, and managing LMS records, with emphasis on confidentiality and collaboration with leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Labor Relations, or related field, or 5+ years HR experience.
• Knowledge of federal and state labor/employment laws.
• Experience with talent management, performance management, and succession planning.
• Experience coordinating and delivering training programs/workshops.
• Experience analyzing talent metrics and supporting workforce planning.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidential HR information.

Responsibilities

• Support performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and career development.
• Coordinate and facilitate employee training, leadership development, and learning initiatives.
• Track talent metrics and analyze workforce data to guide decisions.
• Conduct stay interviews, exit interviews, and feedback analysis.
• Support engagement, recognition, retention, and culture-building programs.
• Manage LMS records and compliance training documentation.
• Own internship, mentoring, and career pathway initiatives.
• Partner with HR and leadership on employer branding and recruiting efforts.
