Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking an HR Specialist in the Overland Park, KS area to support day-to-day HR operations. You will handle onboarding, payroll processing, employee records, and policy guidance, while delivering excellent service to colleagues and leaders.

A day in the life.

As an HR Specialist, you are responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department. This position requires a proactive individual who can operate independently while also collaborating with team members to ensure the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive HR experience, experience working in a fast paced, professional team environment preferred
• Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
