Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a Client Support Specialist on the Business Insurance team to deliver prompt and knowledgeable service to clients and colleagues. The role emphasizes accurate data entry, rating, and changes while collaborating with teammates to meet service needs.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 2 years in business insurance, and relevant licenses or designations, and must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Two (2) years Business Insurance experience, preferably in an agency.
• Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Insurance designation – (i.e. INS, AAI, CISR) or ability to demonstrate equivalent knowledge.
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous, knowledgeable service to clients and colleagues.
• Process changes, rating, and accurate client data entry.
• Collaborate with department to meet service needs.

A day in the life.

As our Client Support Specialist on the Business Insurance team, you will be committed to prompt, courteous, knowledgeable service to clients and colleagues. Your responsibilities will include working with other members of the department to meet the service needs of customers and your attention to detail is essential in mastering tasks such as processing changes, rating, and accurate client data entry.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

• High school diploma required.
• Two (2) years Business Insurance experience, preferably in an agency
• Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days).

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
• Working toward CIC, ARM, and/or AU designation.
• Experience working with EPIC, Sagitta, and ImageRight
