What’s a typical day as Human Resources Specialist? You’ll be:
– Providing high-touch customer service to employees and managers regarding HR, payroll, and benefits transactions through various communication channels.
– Processing and entering confidential employee information accurately in the HRIS (WorkDay), including new hires, terminations, and benefit enrollments.
– Supporting team members across all functional areas by identifying and implementing ongoing process improvements.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
– Have a high school diploma with 0-3 years of experience in an HR-related field; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
– Possess demonstrated knowledge of HR, payroll, and benefits processes, along with customer service experience, preferably in a call center or centralized HR Shared Service environment.
– Are proficient in HRIS systems such as Workday or PeopleSoft and have strong verbal and written communication skills.
