We’re expanding our HR and operational oversight capacity to support our headquarters in Chandler, AZ, and our operations in Orlando, FL.

We’re seeking a Human Resources Specialist who will not only manage HR functions but also serve as our operational “check and balance” — ensuring processes are followed, goals are met, and continuous improvement is part of our culture.

What You’ll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting: job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding
• Maintain accurate HRIS and employee records
• Support positive employee relations and workplace culture
• Oversee performance review processes and professional development plans
• Ensure department compliance with established SOPs and performance expectations
• Create, document, and update SOPs across all departments
• Track and analyze KPIs, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities
• Partner with department leads to streamline and improve processes
• Ensure compliance with Arizona and Florida employment laws
• Coordinate HR training, workshops, and team engagement initiatives
• Partner with Finance on payroll processing

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years HR experience (or 5+ years if no degree)
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Multi-state HR experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of federal, Arizona, and Florida employment law
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
• Proven ability to manage operational processes, enforce SOPs, and track KPIs
• Skilled at auditing workflows and driving improvements
• Must work on-site daily in Chandler, AZ
• Ability to pass a background check is required
