Qualifications

• Working knowledge of common office machines.
• General computer skills (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and transfer to appropriate departments/staff.
• Maintain the applicant tracking system to progress applicants through the process.
• Customer service / assist guests with Front Door Alarm.
• Order office supplies / maintain office machines; contact vendors as needed.
• Establish and maintain accounts payable records for the community.
• Prepare, process, and submit payroll data for the community.
• Other duties as assigned.

The Human Resources Recruiting Coordinator at Healthcare of Hope Arkansas in Hope, AR, has a broad range of duties, assisting the community’s management team as needed. The Human Resources Recruiting Coordinator is also responsible for accounts payable and payroll processing and coordinating telephone communications. The duties are subject to change, as necessary. Essential Duties:

• Answer Phones and transfer to appropriate departments/staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A high school diploma required, Bachelors degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of working experience in payroll and human resources is required

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills are required
