The Prince William County Department of Parks & Recreation (DPR) is seeking an administrative professionalto serve as our HR Operations Specialist. As an integral member of the DPR HR team within the Administration Division, you will work alongside a dedicated group of HR professionals, including an HR Manager, (3) HR Analysts, and a part-time HR Technician.

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive professional to support the Employee Experience Analyst in driving a positive, engaging workplace culture. This role blends administrative coordination with strategic support to ensure the smooth delivery of key employee experience initiatives.
