Qualifications

• 4+ years of HR experience
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proficiency MS-Excel and Word
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality
• Must be highly organized and able to multi-task in a timely and professional manner
• Must be able to bring high energy - urgency to tasks and a self-starter
• Able to foster a positive work environment to balance company objects with employee advocacy

Responsibilities

• Records Management: Entering, organizing, maintaining and overseeing employee data/files, databases, records (attendance, payroll, benefits, compliance, performance appraisals).
• MS Office, HRIS/HCM Software: Managing HRIS to track/update ERP-JobBOSS, Paycor and Employee Navigator and others.
• Onboarding, Retention & Offboarding: Own full-cycle recruitment for designated upper-level roles and coach managers.
• Payroll Support: Overseeing payroll preparation and submissions.
• Benefits & Compensation: Salary data for market competitiveness and open enrollment.
• 401k: Processing participant enrollment and funding, and annual auditing.
• Employee Relations: Address inquiries, facilitate communication, resolve conflicts, conduct investigations.

Summary:

The Human Resources Manager leads all HR activities with the HR Assistant, aligning talent strategy with production goals. They serve as partners to company management, focusing on retention, safety compliance, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Records Management:Entering, organizing, maintaining and/or overseeing the employee data/files, databases, and records: employee data, attendance, payroll, benefits, compliance, and the performance appraisal system.
  • MS Office, HRIS/HCM Software:Managing Human Resources Information Systems to track and/or update: currently using ERP-JobBOSS, Paycor and Employee Navigator, and others.
• Onboarding, Retention & Offboarding:Own full-cycle recruitment for designated upper-level roles and handles with the managers/supervisors coaching, counseling, disciplinary actions and exit procedures.
• Payroll Support:Overseeing those doing payroll preparation and submissions.
• Benefits & Compensation:Salary data for market competitiveness, first point of contact for benefits brokers, and oversee annual open enrollment.
• 401k: Processing participant enroll and funding, weekly withdraws, annual auditing
• Employee Relations:Addressing employee inquiries, facilitating communication, assisting in conflict resolution, and conducting employee investigations.
