Nova 401(k) Associates provides retirement plan administration and customer support services for plan participants and clients. We are a committed team that values clear communication and professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Customer service experience preferred but not required.

• Answer calls and emails about retirement plan transactions.
• Help participants initiate requests and resolve questions.
• Assist with data entry and other department duties.
