Qualifications

• Proficiency in HRIS and basic office software (spreadsheets, word processing, collaboration tools).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and use data-informed decision making.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field; HR certification is a plus.

The Human Resources Manager is a hybrid role based in Sacramento, CA. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing HR policies, managing benefits and payroll coordination, maintaining compliance with employment laws, and supporting leadership with workforce planning.
