Qualifications

• Demonstrated excellence in communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel between locations as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Oversees full employee lifecycle at the site, including recruiting, onboarding, engagement, development, and retention.
• Builds and maintains strong, effective working relationships with employees across all roles and levels within the organization.
• Provides guidance, coaching, and support to HR staff at the site.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws and employment regulations.
• Communicates clearly, proactively, and effectively with employees, leaders, and stakeholders across the organization.
• Manages multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Performs additional duties and projects assigned to support organizational objectives.
