Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive human resources strategies aligned with organizational objectives, including workforce management and organizational design.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts by managing HR sourcing, recruiting processes, and onboarding programs to attract top talent.
- Oversee employee orientation, training & development initiatives, and performance management systems to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Administer benefits programs, payroll processing, workers' compensation claims, and ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations such as FMLA and OSHA standards.
- Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts, conducting evaluations, and fostering open communication channels across departments.
- Utilize HRIS systems like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors for data collection, analysis (Excel data analysis), and reporting to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate compliance activities including affirmative action planning, regulatory compliance management, and HR legal compliance to uphold company standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources management with a strong background in HR department operations and employment law.
- Demonstrated expertise in human capital management, change management, talent management, and workforce planning.
- Proficiency in HR systems such as Oracle HCM, UltiPro, ADP, or Ceridian; skilled in data entry, HRIS administration, and payroll processing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information professionally while engaging effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong project management capabilities with experience in organization design, succession planning, training & development programs.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law including FMLA regulations; familiarity with OSHA standards is a plus.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel for data analysis), social media management for employer branding, and ATS platforms like iCIMS or Lever.

Pay: $78,601.57 - $94,659.96 per year
