Reyes Fleet Management is seeking a Human Resource Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources, including employee relations, compliance, payroll, project management, and organizational growth within the designated region.

This full-time role in Rosemont, IL offers a competitive salary and bonus potential, along with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional advancement. Must be willing to travel up to 30% across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of related experience and 3+ years of management experience, or
• HS diploma with 9+ years of experience and 5+ years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with managers and frontline leaders to guide HR initiatives and workforce planning.
• Serve as a trusted resource for employees at all levels and advocate for balanced HR support.
• Ensure talent acquisition aligns with competencies and values.
• Lead talent management, including performance calibration and succession planning.
• Design and manage leadership, supervisory, and compliance training programs.
• Coach leaders on performance conversations and career development.
• Lead HR initiatives from conception to completion, including HRIS rollouts and policy updates.
• Travel up to 30% across the designated region.

Seeking a Human Resource Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources including employee relations, compliance, payroll, project management, and organizational growth within designated region.

Shift: Full-Time l Monday-Friday -1st shift 8:30AM-5:00PM
Pay: $105,000-125,000/yr (Based on skills and qualifications) + 20% annual bonus potential

Position Responsibilities:

• Build strong partnerships with managers and frontline leaders to provide guidance on HR initiatives, employee development, and workforce planning.
• Serve as a trusted and approachable resource for employees at all levels, ensuring balanced employee advocacy and business support.
• Ensure that talent acquisition practices align with competencies and values.
• Lead talent management processes including performance calibration, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
• Design, deliver, and manage training programs in areas such as leadership, supervisory skills, and compliance.
• Coach leaders on performance management, career development conversations, and team effectiveness
• Lead HR initiatives from conception to completion, including HRIS rollouts, policy updates, and organizational redesigns.
• Must be able to travel up to 30% across designated region.
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 6 plus years of related experience and 3 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 9 plus years of specific experience and 5 plus years of management experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master’s Degree
