Job summary

My Rights Law Group is seeking an HR professional to own end-to-end recruiting, onboarding, and retention processes. The role also administers benefits programs and ensures compliance with California labor laws.

You will lead performance reviews and contribute to DEI initiatives while supporting a diverse workforce and a culture of inclusion. This is a full-time position based in California with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Background includes 5 years in HR with PHR or SHRM-CP certification.
• Experience with HRIS systems is required or preferred.
• Strong knowledge of California labor law and benefits administration.
