Job summary

Arlington Resources is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager for a client in Mesa, AZ. The role is onsite daily and focuses on leading HR initiatives across manufacturing operations.

You will manage HR staff, coach leadership, handle employee relations and investigations, oversee safety programs, budgets, compensation and benefits, and drive talent development with a multicultural team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience in a multicultural environment is required.
• Manufacturing experience is a must; auto manufacturing experience is a huge plus.
