Job Description

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and procedures across the organization.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and handling terminations.
• Create and nurture a positive working environment.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Maintain pay plans and benefits programs.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as HR Manager.
• Ability to motivate and retain employees.
• Critical thinker with problem-solving skills.
• Team player with good time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Degree in human resources, business administration, or a similar relevant field.
