Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Our thriving professional services client, located in the Philadelphia/NJ area, has a need for a dynamic and emotionally intelligent Human Resources Manager. With approximately 50 employees (and growing), we're looking for a strategic yet hands-on individual eager to significantly impact their people operations, cultivate a positive, engaging workplace culture, and grow into a more prominent leadership position within their organization.

This pivotal role demands a professional who can act as a strategic advisor to leadership, developing and implementing HR policies that ensure compliance and support business objectives. Your high emotional intelligence will be crucial in fostering strong relationships, resolving employee matters with empathy, and driving a culture of trust and collaboration. You'll be instrumental in shaping the company’s future by leading talent acquisition, from positioning them as a top career destination to building relationships with local universities and managing the full recruitment cycle.

The ideal candidate will excel in employee relations, serving as a trusted liaison and promoting an inclusive environment. You'll also drive performance management and development, overseeing reviews, coaching managers, and identifying training needs. Furthermore, you'll manage benefits administration and ensure continuous compliance with all employment laws. Familiarity with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) is a plus.

We're seeking someone with a Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of progressive HR and recruiting experience, preferably within a professional services environment. A PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP/SCP certification is preferred, along with a strong understanding of employment law and HRIS systems (Paylocity is a plus). You'll need exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, coupled with a high level of discretion, a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and a proven ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and tact.
