Job summary

Insight Global in Pensacola, FL is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the Company’s HR program, including performance management, employee relations, benefits management, compliance with employment laws and regulations, talent acquisition, and personnel development.

The HR Manager will report directly to the President & CEO and be a member of the Senior Leadership team, directly impacting workforce performance and employee engagement while partnering to achieve business growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible HR experience in an industrial environment.
• Strong background in employee relations and compliance.
• Effective communication with all levels of the organization.
• Data-driven decision making, problem solving and conflict resolution.
• Knowledge of HR systems, processes, reporting, and employment-law compliance.

We are seeking an experienced Human Resource professional to lead the Company’s HR Program, including performance management, employee relations, benefits management, compliance with employment laws and regulations, talent acquisition, and personnel development. The HR Manager is a key leadership role where you will directly impact workforce performance, employee engagement and be a partner in achieving our business growth objectives. This position will report directly to the President & CEO and be a member of the Senior Leadership team.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in increasingly responsible HR roles in an industrial environment.
• A strong background in employee relations, and compliance.
• The ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Good data -based decision making, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
• A strong working knowledge of HR systems, processes, reporting requirements, and compliance with employment laws.
• A hands-on, adaptable mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Must be willing to work onsite in the office 5 days per week.
