  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly while fostering positive employee relations.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience in personnel administration, data collection, conflict management, and administrative tasks.
  • Ability to lead training & development initiatives and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
