Job summary

Whitefish Search Partners seeks an experienced HR leader to support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. The role focuses on planning, implementing, and evaluating HR policies, programs, and practices.

  • 8+ years' experience in Human Resources.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
  • Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees.
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills.
