Job summary

Acadia Healthcare is seeking an HR leader to oversee all phases of human resources within a facility, including recruiting, onboarding, orientation and payroll processing.

You will interpret policies, provide expert advice, manage compensation and workers’ compensation, and lead diverse teams across the organization.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years in HR leadership; professional HR certification preferred; on-site in Murfreesboro, TN.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business or related field.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in a Human Resources leadership role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day HR functions for the facility.
  • Interpret HR policies for staff and respond to staff at all levels.
  • Translate complex information and provide highly specialized advice in a specific Human Resources discipline.
  • Serve as known expert in subject matter with a broad knowledge and understanding of HR functional areas.
  • Manage and implement corporate and local Human Resources programs to fulfill state and federal policies and regulations.
  • Identify data needed for reports and ensure reports accurately capture and present information.
  • Communicate information to all levels of the facility, including leadership and staff.
  • Lead, motivate and assess diverse teams, including experienced and junior professionals.
  • May lead projects that impact the facility at the request of leadership or corporate Human Resources.
  • Responsible for compensation, employee relations and worker’s compensation.
  • Provide staff management to include hiring, development, training, performance management and communication to ensure effective operations.

PURPOSE STATEMENT:

Responsible for all phases of human resources within a facility to include recruiting and selection, onboarding, new hire orientation and payroll processing. Responsible for compensation, employee relations and worker’s compensation.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Manage the day to day HR functions for the facility.

Qualifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business or related field required.
  • One to three years’ previous experience in a Human Resources leadership role with demonstrable knowledge of principles and procedures for recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation and human resources information systems required.

LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Professional certification in Human Resources preferred.
