Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking an HR Manager for a manufacturing facility near Neenah/Menasha, WI. This role leads talent acquisition, onboarding, retention, and employee relations while aligning with federal, local, and company requirements.

You will partner with site leadership to train on HR systems, execute performance management, and support total rewards programs. A data-driven approach will help forecast workforce needs and drive hiring strategies for a 250-person plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development.
• 5+ years HR experience in a manufacturing organization.
• SHRM or PHR Certifications preferred.
• Solid working knowledge of HR processes and related manufacturing.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Teams and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Retention while following all Federal, Local and Company requirements.
• Responsible along with leadership team for all Employee relations.
• Train site leadership on HR systems and practices.
• Oversee the execution of the Performance Management Process.
• Provide input to and support Total Rewards, Compensation and Benefit Programs.
• Evaluate current and future workforce needs using data analytics and direct contact with Leadership, production, and scheduling teams.
• Identify training and development opportunities and support the implementation of improvement plans through coaching and feedback.
• Ensure HR systems maintain integrity and data accuracy.
• Support the culture and core values, drive engagement and overall positive employee experience through strong change management and communication.
• Lead, manage team including performance, goals, and all personnel processes.

Our client is currently seeking a Human Resources Manager for thier Manufacturing Facility near Neenah / Menasha WI area. This is a non-union plant abd The HR Manager will be responsible for meeting the goals & objectives of the organization by maintaining, supporting & enhancing the organization's talent, culture and functional excellence, while building a strong partnership with the business leaders. The Manager will be supported by a Sr. HR Generalist for a workforce of about 250 persons in one of thier most important Flagship Manufacturing Plants
