Job summary

Talent Acquisitions Group Inc is recruiting an experienced Human Resources Manager for its Franksville, WI site. You will support the full workforce from hourly assembly to engineers, reporting to the Director of HR and working on-site in Franksville with travel to HQ in Wauwatosa as needed.

The role requires strong HRIS/ATS skills and a background in manufacturing, with responsibilities spanning employee relations, performance management, compensation, and compliance across multiple shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience including employee relations, recruiting, compensation/benefits, performance management, and compliance.
• Experience supporting both hourly and salaried employees across shifts or sites.
• Working knowledge of federal and Wisconsin employment law.
• Proficiency with HRIS and applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for hourly and salaried employees on workplace concerns, policy questions, and conflict resolution.
• Coach supervisors and managers on performance, attendance, documentation, and corrective action.
• Run full-cycle recruiting for assembly, production, technical, engineering, and professional roles.
• Administer compensation, benefits, open enrollment, and leave of absence.
• Run the performance review cycle and build training for supervisors and leads.
• Maintain compliance with federal and Wisconsin employment law, the handbook, and personnel records.
• Partner with operations and EHS on safety, onboarding, and cross-training on the production floor.
• Report workforce metrics leadership can act on: headcount, turnover, time-to-fill, absenteeism, and overtime.

Our Client is an engineering-driven manufacturer in southeastern Wisconsin that designs, builds, and tests advanced motor drives, power electronics, and automated test systems. The company is growing quickly and is adding a Human Resources Manager to its Franksville, WI location.

This role supports the full workforce, from hourly assembly and production employees through engineers, supervisors, and managers. You will report to the Director of Human Resources, work on-site in Franksville, and travel to the HQ in Wauwatosa as needed.

• 5+ years of progressive human resources experience with hands-on responsibility for employee relations, recruiting, compensation and benefits, performance management, and compliance
• Experience supporting both hourly assembly or production employees and salaried managerial employees
• Working knowledge of federal and state employment law
• Proficiency with HRIS and applicant tracking systems
• Experience in a manufacturing or engineering company
• Experience supporting assembly operations across multiple shifts or more than one site
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification

• Competitive base salary plus a 10% short-term incentive target, payable up to 200% of target
