Job summary

Cross Country Healthcare is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee HR functions and support employees in a fast-paced onsite environment. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 3+ years of HR management experience.

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are also required, with bilingual English/Spanish or English/Russian preferred. The position is full-time with standard Monday–Friday hours and competitive compensation ($75,000–$90,000
