Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for employees and leadership, providing guidance on employee relations, workplace concerns, and HR policies
• Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and new hire orientation
• Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefit enrollment, eligibility, and questions
• Process and support payroll activities, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of payroll-related inquiries
• Monitor employee attendance, leave requests, and accommodations, ensuring compliance with FMLA, ADA, and other applicable employment laws
• Lead investigations related to employee relations issues, performance concerns, and workplace conflicts while maintaining confidentiality
• Support workers' compensation claims, unemployment claims, return-to-work processes, and injury documentation

Our client is seeking a Human Resources Manager II to oversee all general areas of human resources. Responsibilities include managing turnover, recruiting, payroll and benefits administration; driving positive employee relations; monitoring and ensuring compliance with the Company's legal obligations as to the FMLA, ADA, EEO/Affirmative Action, Workers' Compensation, Unemployment and other employment laws. Safety is also a key focus for the Human Resources Manager who is responsible for ensuring that partners are trained on company safety policies and procedures and emphasizing a culture of safety at the location overall.

Required Skills:

• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
