Job summary

This role will align HR strategy with business objectives while leading labor and employee relations (including union engagement), talent development, recruiting, and HR process improvement.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree required (HR preferred); SHRM a plus
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in manufacturing
• Prior plant HR leadership and union workforce experience strongly preferred
• HRIS/analytics experience (Workday a plus)
• Ability to influence leaders and operate effectively in a matrixed environment
