Job summary

TriSearch is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager for its distribution center in Kutztown, PA. This onsite role partners with operations to support frontline employees and shape workplace culture.

The ideal candidate will bring 3–5+ years in HR leadership, strong employee and labor relations experience in unionized settings, and the ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish. Knowledge of Workday is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of progressive human resources experience, ideally in an HR Manager or similar leadership role.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
• Experience in a unionized environment with exposure to collective bargaining and labor relations.
• Experience supporting hourly/frontline employees in distribution or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment law, and HR compliance.
• Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Workday experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations for a fast-paced distribution center and partner with facility leadership.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, discipline, and performance management.
• Support labor relations, including union contracts, bargaining, and grievances.
• Improve employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture with operations.
• Coach managers on performance, leadership development, and HR best practices.
• Support talent management: onboarding, development, succession planning, workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and labor agreements.
• Collaborate with corporate HR on recruiting, payroll, benefits, and leave management.
• Lead change initiatives to improve HR processes and operational effectiveness.

We are partnering with a well-established, nationally recognized organization to identify an experienced Human Resources Manager for its distribution center in Kutztown, Pennsylvania.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day HR operations for a fast‑paced distribution center, serving as a strategic partner to facility leadership.
• Manage employee relations matters, including workplace investigations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
• Support labor relations activities, including union contract administration, collective bargaining processes, and grievance resolution.
• Partner with operational leaders to improve employee engagement, retention, and overall workplace culture.
• Coach and advise managers on employee performance, leadership development, and HR best practices.
• Support talent management initiatives, including onboarding, employee development, succession planning, and workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, company policies, and applicable labor agreements.
• Collaborate with corporate HR teams on recruiting, payroll administration, benefits, leave management, and other HR initiatives.
• Lead change management initiatives and identify opportunities to improve HR processes and operational effectiveness.

• 3–5+ years of progressive human resources experience, ideally in an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or similar leadership capacity.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
• Experience working in a unionized environment, including exposure to collective bargaining agreements, labor relations, or union contract negotiations, strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting hourly/frontline employees within distribution, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, or similar operational environments.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment law, performance management, and HR compliance.
• Ability to build relationships and influence employees and leadership at all levels.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Workday experience is a plus.

Work Environment

This is a 100% onsite position based in Kutztown, PA, with a typical Monday–Friday schedule of 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM. Candidates must also be available to provide occasional on‑call HR support for a distribution center operating 24/7.
