• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related fields.
• 3+ years of HR experience; at least 1 year in recruiting preferred.
• 5+ years of broad HR Generalist experience, employee relations.

• Provide leadership and consultation in employee relations, talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement and compliance.
• Drive initiatives to enhance organizational performance, strengthen culture and support operational excellence.
• Oversee HR activities across the Arkansas operations facility (~600 employees).

The Manager, Human Resources Operations serves as a strategic business partner to Operations leadership, aligning human capital strategies with business objectives. This role provides leadership and consultation in employee relations, talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and compliance. The position drives initiatives that enhance organizational performance, strengthen culture, and support operational excellent across the facility of approximately 600 employees.
