Job summary

Ravelin Defense Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Manager in Chandler, AZ to lead the human resources function, bridge management and staff, and drive strategic initiatives.

This role will manage daily HR operations, oversee recruitment, address grievances, ensure compliance with federal and state laws, supervise performance reviews, administer benefits and payroll oversight, and promote a safe, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• US Citizen
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience
• 2+ years in supervisory/management role
• Deep understanding of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices
• Strong active listening, negotiation, and verbal/written presentation skills

Responsibilities
