Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee HR functions across multiple manufacturing locations, serving as the primary HR resource for operations leadership.

You will lead employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, and compliance while driving safety initiatives and HR process improvements. Travel between facilities is expected, with a focus on building strong employee relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, manufacturing/industrial/distribution preferred.
• Experience leading HR initiatives and supervising staff preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Employee Relations, Benefits & Leave, Workers’ Compensation, Employment Law & Regulatory Compliance, Talent Acquisition & Onboarding, 401(k) Administration.
• Experience using HRIS; Paycor a plus.
• OSHA familiarity preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and hands-on HR support for multiple manufacturing locations.
• Partner with leaders on employee relations, coaching, performance, and workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and update HR policies.
• Oversee benefits programs, health insurance, retirement plans, and leave programs.
• Manage workers’ compensation, return-to-work, and related processes.
• Lead recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding and orientation.
• Maintain HRIS data, reporting, and payroll support as needed.
• Administer leave and accommodation (FMLA, ADA, COBRA).
• Support workplace safety with OSHA compliance and training.
• Coordinate employee engagement, recognition, training, and communications.
• Supervise HR Coordinator and improve HR processes.
• Travel between facilities to provide onsite HR support.

Position: Human Resources Manager

Salary: $80,000-100,000

Our client is a growing manufacturing company seeking an experience Human Resources Manager to oversee HR functions across multiple facilitates. This position serves as the organization’s primary HR resource, partnering closely with operations and leadership to support employees, ensure compliance, safety, and drive key people initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and hands-on HR support for multiple manufacturing locations.
• Partner with leaders to address employee relations matters, coaching opportunities, performance concerns, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations and maintain up-to-date HR policies and practices.
• Oversee employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave programs, and annual open enrollment activities.
• Manage workers’ compensation claims, return-to-work programs, and related administrative processes.
• Lead recruitment efforts from sourcing and interviewing through onboarding and new hire orientation.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, reporting, and support payroll-related functions as needed.
• Administer leave and accommodation processes, including FMLA, ADA, COBRA, and other applicable programs.
• Support workplace safety initiatives by partnering with management on OSHA compliance, incident investigations, and safety training efforts.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities, recognition programs, training opportunities, and internal communications.
• Supervise and mentor an HR Coordinator while identifying opportunities to improve HR processes and efficiencies.
• Travel between facilities to provide visible, accessible HR support and build strong employee relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within manufacturing, industrial, or distribution environments.
• Previous experience leading HR initiatives and/or supervising staff is highly preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of:
