Job summary

CFS in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support managers on employee relations, performance management, and talent development. You will collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and organizational effectiveness while driving recruiting and onboarding across the employee lifecycle.

The role requires 3+ years HR experience, a strong knowledge of HR best practices, and familiarity with Michigan and federal employment laws. Onsite, full-time position.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably as HRBP or similar.
• Knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices.
• Working knowledge of Michigan and federal employment laws and regs.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; SHRM certifications a plus.
