Kelly Services is recruiting a Direct Hire Human Resources Manager to be based onsite in Holliston, MA, reporting to the Director of Human Resources. The role supports employees in Holliston and GA, handling payroll, employee relations, and performance management. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in HR, a Bachelor's in HR/Business, and manufacturing experience.

Spanish is preferred. You will drive engagement initiatives and organizational development efforts in a dynamic manufacturing

What’s a typical day as Human Resources Manager? You’ll be:

• Supporting approximately 115 employees in Holliston, MA, and 30 employees in Marietta, GA, while reporting to the Director of Human Resources.

• Providing comprehensive HR support, including payroll, employee relations, performance management, and day-to-day employee inquiries.

• Developing and executing initiatives to boost employee engagement through regular surveys, feedback sessions, and actionable plans.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or a related field.

• Possess previous experience in manufacturing, which is a requirement for this role.

• Are bilingual in Spanish (preferred but not required) and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
