Job summary

Grahamjobs is seeking a hands-on HR Manager to lead day-to-day HR operations and partner with managers on people strategy. The role is highly visible, approachable, and requires strong communication with employees across the organization.

You will oversee employee relations, coaching, recruiting, onboarding, training, compensation, benefits, payroll, HRIS, compliance, and policy administration while aligning with leadership on organizational strategy and succession planning.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Previous HR leadership experience in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or a similar frontline environment.
• Strong employee relations and manager-coaching skills.
• Ability to balance hands-on HR responsibilities with strategic business partnership.
• Experience leading an HR team preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
