Human Resources Manager / HR Manager / Senior HR Generalist

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

Required to support a growing industrial engineering organization operating within complex manufacturing and rotating equipment environments. This role will act as a strategic HR partner to senior leadership, supporting people management, compliance, engagement, and talent initiatives across the business.

This position plays a critical role in shaping HR strategy while remaining hands‑on across core HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, compensation, recruitment, and HR systems. With continued growth across the organization, the HR function is expanding to support a dynamic, multi‑site workforce.
