Lunova Group is partnering with a global leader in the design, manufacturing, and installation of large-scale mobility and infrastructure solutions in their search for a Human Resources Leader in Fort Worth, TX. About the Role:

The Human Resources Leader will lead all HR activities for the Fort Worth site, overseeing a local HR Generalist while working closely with U.S. and international leadership. This is a pivotal position focused on both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations—from employee relations and labor law compliance to talent development and organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a strategic HR partner to site and global leadership teams.
  • Provide guidance on workforce planning, organizational development, and employee engagement.
  • Lead change management initiatives and support the implementation of global HR strategies.
  • Own day-to-day HR operations, including FMLA, employee relations, HR data management, and compliance reporting.
  • Oversee policy administration and ensure adherence to employment regulations and company standards.
  • Lead programs focused on improving employee retention, morale, and performance management.
  • Partner with in-house legal counsel on employee relations and labor matters.
  • Develop and implement labor relations strategies aligned with union agreements (IAM) and legal requirements.
  • Foster strong, positive relationships with union representatives and employees on-site.
  • Collaborate with international HR colleagues to ensure consistency with corporate policies and global best practices.
  • Supervise and mentor a local HR Generalist, promoting professional growth and development.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (MBA/MSHR a plus) is required.
  • SHRM, PHR, or SPHR certification strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in organizations with 500+ employees.
  • Experience in unionized environments (IAM or similar) is strongly preferred.
  • Industry background in manufacturing, logistics, or construction is ideal.
  • Skilled HR generalist with strengths in recruitment, compliance, employee development, and change management.
  • Comfortable working in a matrixed, global organization with cross-cultural collaboration.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
