Lakewest Rehabilitation and Skilled Care is seeking an Human Resources Manager to lead all HR functions onsite. The role focuses on payroll, onboarding, staff retention, and accounts payable while supporting a diverse workforce and addressing career aspirations and concerns.

The ideal candidate will have prior HR, payroll and accounts payable experience, and ideally skilled nursing familiarity. This position is onsite and offers growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Prior skilled nursing experience is preferred.

Lakewest Rehabilitation and Skilled Care is looking to add a Human Resource Manager to its growing team.

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for all components of Human Resources including but not limited to supporting a diverse workforce, anticipating, and meeting the evolving needs of the facility. This position will manage on-going professional relationships all while contributing to the growth of the company. This position will also be an onsite point of contact for addressing employee career aspirations and concerns. This position has a focus on payroll, onboarding, staff retention, and accounts payable.

Prior human resources, payroll and accounts payable experience is required and prior skilled nursing experience is preferred.
